Kaczmarek, who joins after a two year stint at Sugar23, previously worked for six years at Paradigm where he focused on international formats, TV writers and playwrights. He began his career as a trainee in the motion picture group at UTA and then worked in series development at FX Network. Kaczmarek brings with him writers, producers, directors and cinematographers in film and TV including Emmy winners Jessica Lee Gagné (Severance) and Scarlett Lacey (The Empress). Also on the roster are Adam Starks, Anna Moriarty, Anna Thorup, Erick Galindo, Jerry Kontogiorgis, Joanna Zhang Chanin, Jonny Gomez, Kasey Behan, Liz Ellis, Miriam Hernandez, Paige Farrow, Pamela Garcia Rooney, Remy Solomon, Valerie Weiss, Will Ewing, and more.
