New York Supreme Court Judge Curtis Faber Wednesday set April 14 as the start of jury selection in the Pulp Fiction producer’s latest trial on the alleged sexual assault of Jessica Mann. This will be the third time the much-accused and innocence declaring Weinstein has be tried on the Mann claims. In 2020 he was found guilty of raping the actress, but that conviction was overturned by a higher court in 2024. A bitterly fought retrial last year ended in a mixed verdict.
